CHANNEL BALL BEARINGS & ASSEMBLIES

This range of channel ball bearings with stub axle, spacer and rubbing block are a low cost alternative to our Combined Roller bearings and are designed to be used in conjunction with the steel profiled rails.

The bearings can be bought separately or as a complete assembly with polyamide rubbing block, stub axle & spacer.

Please note that the loads on ball bearings are much lower than on roller bearings and so special care should be exercised when selecting bearings.

For heavier loads Combined Roller Bearings should be used.

channel ball bearings with rubbing block

 

The channel ball bearing assembly comes with polyamide rubbing block, stub axle & spacer. The Hex Head Grub Screw is used for adjusting side thrust and wear on the Polyamide Rubbing Block.
